AI Search Visibility at Searchable.com: An Overview

AI search visibility at Searchable.com covers three jobs: tracking how often AI engines mention a brand, showing why, and producing the content and fixes that might change it. This overview covers the modules, the two published plans and the company behind the platform.

  • Tracks eight AI engines, from ChatGPT to DeepSeek
  • Works from prompts, the questions buyers actually ask
  • Combines visibility tracking, site audits and content creation
  • Two published plans, at $125 and $400 a month
  • Run by Searchable Limited, founded in 2025 and based in London

What Searchable.com Is Built to Do

The company says its product helps brands and agencies understand, track and improve how they appear in AI-generated answers. Its home page groups the work under three verbs.

  • Monitor. Brand appearances across AI engines, share of voice against competitors and alerts when things change.
  • Analyze. Recommendations, analysis of what gets cited, and technical audits for schema and crawlability.
  • Create. Blog posts, landing pages and documentation.

That last stage takes it beyond tracking. The platform links what it finds to work you can ship, such as articles, fixes and landing pages.

Who it is for

The company names two audiences, brands and agencies. Brands use it to watch their own category, while agencies run several client projects, which is where unlimited projects on both plans and unlimited domains on Scale come in.

The Modules Inside the Platform

Searchable’s features page lists the modules below. Each covers a different part of the work.

ModuleWhat it does
AEO InsightsVisibility, mentions, citations, sources, sentiment, topics, query fan-out and location in one view
Prompt IntelligenceShows which prompts lead to AI recommendations in your sector, and which surface competitors instead
AI Search TrafficAttributes visits from AI recommendations using GA4 and Search Console
LLM AnalyticsMeasures AI crawler activity, citations, referrals and conversions
AI ShoppingTracks product visibility, brand share and merchant representation in AI shopping results
Content StudioDrafts content from research-backed outlines and publishes to WordPress, Sanity and Contentful
Technical OptimizationCrawler log analysis, schema fixes and site readiness checks
AgentA workspace assistant that works with Linear, Slack and CMS platforms, with approvals

The ChatGPT connector

In August 2026 Searchable introduced a connector for ChatGPT. Once a project is connected, you can ask about visibility, share of voice, sentiment, citations and AI crawler activity from inside an ordinary ChatGPT conversation.

How the modules connect

Findings in one module can inform work in another. A topic gap spotted in AEO Insights, for example, can become an article brief in Content Studio, and an audit issue can become a Linear ticket.

Note. Module names and scope change as the product develops. The list above reflects the features page as checked in October 2026.

Which AI Engines It Watches

Each engine is checked against the same prompt set, which keeps comparisons fair from one engine to the next. The pricing page lists ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek. The documentation adds that the engines tracked depend on your plan, and the prompts documentation page still lists Grok and DeepSeek as coming soon.

Tip. If one engine matters most to your audience, confirm it appears in your project during the trial rather than relying on the list.

Professional and Scale Plans Compared

Two self-serve plans are published, priced per month in dollars. Both include unlimited projects.

Billing terms

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the billing period. Payment is by card through Stripe. The terms say subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and that prices can change with notice.

Example. A team that wants to track 150 prompts has outgrown Professional’s 100 and would need Scale. (Illustrative.)

Getting Started in Brief

Setup follows a predictable order, and most of it runs in the dashboard.

  1. Start the 14-day Professional trial and create a project.
  2. Add 10 to 20 prompts, the starting range the documentation suggests.
  3. Add competitors, then connect GA4 and Search Console.
  4. Set up LLM analytics through your host or CDN, which the docs put at about 5 minutes.
  5. Run a first site audit and review the scores.

Initial prompt results appear within 30 to 60 seconds of adding a prompt, so the trial produces real answers from the first day.

Who Is Behind Searchable

Searchable Limited was founded in 2025 by Chris Donnelly, Sam Hogan and Arya Nagabhyru. Its about page names London as headquarters, with offices in New York and Salt Lake City, and a team of more than 50 people as of September 2026.

  • December 2025: a $4 million round led by Freestyle
  • May 2026: a $14 million round led by Headline, at an $85 million valuation
  • September 2026: the acquisition of New York-based Meridian Tech, Inc. in a seven-figure deal

The company’s terms are issued by Searchable Limited from a London address, and its terms were last updated in March 2026 at the time of checking.

Good to know. The company reports 16,000+ platform users, 1,000+ brands and 500+ agencies. It asks that these not be added together or read as paying customer counts.

Where AI Search Visibility at Searchable.com Fits Your Stack

The platform connects to tools many marketing teams already use. The home page lists GA4, Google Search Console, Linear, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, WordPress and Framer, and the features page adds Sanity and Contentful for publishing.

In practice, visibility data can sit next to traffic data, fixes can go to an engineering tracker, and content can be published without copy and paste. How much time that saves depends on how much of that stack you already run.

Plan and Trial Questions

Is there a free plan?

The pricing page shows no free plan. Professional comes with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. The pricing FAQ says you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Is there an option above Scale?

No higher tier is listed on the pricing page. The site offers a contact-sales route for teams with larger needs.
